SFS
Over the past 20 years, the use of steel frame systems (SFS) has grown exponentially across the UK. This system provides an efficient alternative infill process to steel or concrete frame projects as opposed to traditional masonry cavity walls. The utilisation of a light gauge steel section as the main structural component provides exceptional performance and is known for its high strength-to-weight ratio. Due to this performance, SFS offers a higher flexibility in design due to the lack of requirement for intermediate columns or load-bearing walls.

We ensure our projects receive a minimum 48hr notice period on deliveries as well as an on site review of mortar storage facilities to ensure that there are no congested loading bays or storage areas.

Signature Projects has implemented an in-house quality assurance programme under its construction contract management, effectively allowing full access to the ongoing quality control procedures. With plan and elevation mapping software, Signature Projects’ quality assurance is easy to review and sign off. The quality procedure involves photographic evidence and a three-stage sign-off between onsite management, construction management, and client management, ensuring that all components of the project are compliant and built to a high standard.
Updated as built, the quality assurance system is never behind and there are no long waiting times when completing our quality handover documents. Our clients can be assured that our quality is maintained and regularly checked to ensure no remedial are required.
