The Langdon
Just a stone’s throw away from Arnold Road is our new project with Aitch Group, The Langdon. Providing 67 residential units with a central communal courtyard, The Langdon is a momentous display of the artistic work that can be created with bricks and mortar. With a feature of glazed brickwork to the ground floor and the integration of six brick types, the Langdon is a project we are proud to showcase. The project commenced in late July of 2024 and complete December 2024. The project was supplemented with a 70% average of labour residing within the borough and was a testament to the commitment for local labour resources by Signature Projects.
