Barkingside Yard
Located directly adjacent to Barkingside Station, Signature Projects were appointed as the masonry contractor for the construction of 98 affordable apartments. The project completed late 2024. This project is a fantastic insight into the labour capabilities of Signature as we sequence our insulation and fire barrier team ahead of our bricklayers to maintain continuity. The project is managed by one of our FIRAS certified supervisors, ensuring competent management of our fire protection installation.
